
Goji berries have been used for thousands of years in China, Tibet and India to protect the liver, preserve eyesight, improve circulation, and promote longevity. A recent study found that this superfood may also help shield the brain from Alzheimer’s disease. Try adding one tablespoon of goji berries to a bowl of oatmeal. Other great additions are ground flaxseeds or chia seeds and blueberries.
